We all live our lives in three lanes. The left-most lane is about accepting everything coming your way without making your point. The right-most lane is about aggressively making your point to as to violate other’s rights. Then there is the middle lane which talks about making requests, following up with requests, practicing your right to say ‘No’ and all of this is done quietly, strongly and firmly. This is the assertive lane. ‘Being Assertive’ training and workshop will enable you to make a point effectively whenever it is necessary and enhance your business communication skills even more.
Public Speeches :
Public speaking is the process and act of speaking to a group of people in a structured, deliberate manner intended to inform, influence, or entertain a listening audience. Public speaking is commonly understood as face-to-face speaking between individuals and an audience for the purpose of communication. Most of the time, public speaking is to persuade the audience. In public speaking, as in any form of communication, there are five basic elements, often expressed as "who is saying what to whom using what medium with what effects?" The purpose of the workshop of public speaking can range from simply transmitting information, to motivating people to act, to simply telling a story. Good orators should be able to change the emotions of their listeners, not just inform them.
